But what brings about these feelings? You may think it’s just a result of clever advertising or a built in instinctive urge to return to the sea from where we first came but it’s not. Metaphysically and psychologically, water is associated with creativity and feelings and being close to the sea brings out our feelings and fosters creativity. But Living at a beach house or on oceanfront property has actual health benefits resulting from being near the sea.
